What separates a 12-year shingle roof from a 30-year one
The shingles on two competing quotes are often identical. The difference is what you can't see from the street: whether the old layers came off, whether soft decking got replaced or buried, whether the valleys and eaves got ice-and-water membrane, and whether the attic can actually breathe. We do all of it, every time, and photograph it so you know.
